Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 29 August 2026

These terms govern the use of Nora. By creating an account, you accept them. They are written to be understood without a lawyer.

1. Who provides the service

Nora is published by Neoservice — [TO COMPLETE: exact legal name, address, UID number], hereinafter "we".

2. What Nora does

Nora is an assistant that works for you: it answers, drafts, consults the tools you connect to it, and prepares actions.

What it does not do without you. Nothing that leaves your workspace goes out without your explicit approval: a post on a social network, an email, a message. Nora proposes; you decide. This rule is built into the way the product works, not only into this document.

3. Your account

You are responsible for access to your account and for actions carried out from it. Notify us without delay at support@noraai.ch if you suspect unauthorized access.

A company workspace can bring together several accounts. Its administrator decides who accesses it and sees the workspace's content.

4. What you entrust to us

Your content remains yours. We do not acquire any ownership right over it.

You grant us only the right to process it in order to operate the service: to store it, display it, transmit it to the language model to produce a response, and send it to the services you have connected when you approve an action.

You warrant that you hold the necessary rights over what you upload.

5. What you agree not to do

  • Upload unlawful content, or content for which you do not have the rights.
  • Use Nora to harass, deceive, impersonate someone, or spread false information.
  • Attempt to access a workspace that is not yours, or to circumvent the service's technical measures.
  • Resell access to the service without our written agreement.

We may suspend an account that violates these rules. Except in an emergency or where legally required, we will inform you first and let you respond.

6. What the artificial intelligence produces

Nora relies on a language model. A model makes mistakes: it can confidently write a false statement, invent a figure, or misunderstand an instruction.

You remain responsible for what you publish, send or decide based on its proposals. This is precisely why the product requires your approval before any outgoing action.

Nora provides neither legal advice, nor medical advice, nor personalized financial advice.

7. Availability

We operate the service with care, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates, or due to a third party we depend on — hosting provider, model provider, social network.

We announce planned maintenance in advance whenever possible.

8. Price and payment

Current prices are shown on the Pricing page. They are exclusive of VAT, unless stated otherwise.

A subscription is paid in advance and renews automatically for the same term, unless cancelled before it expires. Any price change is announced to you at least thirty days in advance and only takes effect for the following period; you may cancel before then.

9. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your account. Access remains open until the end of the period already paid for. Partial periods are not refunded, unless required by law.

You may export your data before leaving. After closure, it is deleted in accordance with our privacy policy.

10. Liability

We are liable for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence.

Otherwise, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us over the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect damage — loss of revenue, loss of data you failed to back up, harm to reputation.

These limitations do not apply where the law prohibits them.

11. Changes

We may amend these terms. Any material change will be announced to you by email at least thirty days before it takes effect. If it does not suit you, you may cancel before that date.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. The place of jurisdiction is [TO COMPLETE: company's registered office], subject to the mandatory places of jurisdiction provided for the benefit of consumers.

This document faithfully describes how the service works as of 29 August 2026. It has not yet been reviewed by legal counsel; this review is planned before the commercial launch.
